BetConstruct has made the latest licensing list for the Agenzia Dogane Monopoli (ADM) – the agency responsible for both the collection of taxes and the protection of citizens’ rights through gambling licensing and regulation in Italy.
Trading as Vivaro Limited, the Online Gaming Licence will enable BetConstruct to deliver online sports betting, horserace betting, casino games and poker, as well as skill games, virtual betting, betting exchange and bingo.
The news follows a successful 2018 for BetConstruct, in which the developer and provider of online and land-based gaming solutions collected a Remote Operating Licence from the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) for Live Casino and secured a Retail Solutions Licence in Romania.
The firm also added poker to its set of licensed products in Malta, having been granted approval from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) to add the vertical – under both B2C and B2B licences – to its existing MGA licences covering sports betting and fantasy sports.
Meanwhile, BetConstruct has set about expanding its operations in regulated states across the US, as well as in the re-regulated Swedish market – also through Vivaro Limited.
The firm is also ready to enter Denmark, where it expects to secure an Online Sports Betting and Casino Licence from Spillemyndigheden (The Danish Gambling Authority).
