SBTech Expands US Reach With Pala Interactive Partnership

Sports betting and gaming tech supplier SBTech partners with California-based Pala Interactive, boosting North American presence.

Sports betting and gaming tech supplier SBTech has partnered with California-based Pala Interactive.

Under the agreement, SBTech’s sportsbook technology will be made available to brands on Pala’s proprietary platform, helping it grow its reach in the fast developing North American market.

The five-year deal will see SBTech’s sportsbook solution integrated into Pala Interactive’s online platform, launching with the brands CanPlaySports and Vipcasino, which are both owned and operated by the Wôlinak Abenakis First Nation.

Owned by the Pala Band of Mission Indians, who also own and operate the Pala Casino Spa and Resort in Pala, California, Pala Interactive develops online social and real money gaming software.

In a competitive tender process, SBTech emerged victorious due to its proven track record in regulated markets, and its recognised risk management and tech expertise, innovation and flexibility, plus its localisation capacities.

Pala and it’s clients will now enjoy access to products such as SBTech’s proprietary personalisation tools like Yourbet Betbuilder, that plugs straight into operators’ sportsbook platforms without the need for costly third-part integrations. Available for sports like basketball, it enables players to build their own custom bets using real-time odds calculations based on their personal selections.
