Esports analytics company Mobalytics and League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) announced the launch of an updated platform for amateur League of Legends esports in North America.
Mobalytics said in a release that the platform will help measure the performance of amateur players and identify recruitable talent for the pro level.
Mobalytics also announced the launch of a new site, esports.mobalytics.gg, alongside the new system. It offers stats, rankings, and other data to fans and team scouts.
The new system and site are part of the amateur Proving Grounds tournament, which began March 30, and ends on April 25, with 16 teams competing for a $100K USD grand prize.
