Online casino and sportsbook operator GVC Holdings has announced that Nigel Blythe-Tinker has stepped down from his position as a non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
Blythe-Tinker served as a non-executive director for nine years and has been on the GVC board since the time of the original IPO in December 2004.
GVC did not disclose any information about a possible replacement for Blythe-Tinker.
“On behalf of the board l would like to thank Nigel for the contribution he has made during the nine years that he has served as a non-executive director,” GVC’s chief executive officer Kenneth Alexander said.
“He joined the board at the time of the original IPO in December 2004 and has provided the company with wise counsel throughout this period and has helped guide GVC to the size it is now.”
