Geolocation solutions innovator GeoComply Limited has signed a deal that will see it support giant online gaming operator bwin.party digital entertainment across desktop and mobile devices in the United States.
Last year saw GeoComply open an office in Nevada and subsequently awarded with a Class III license by the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
GeoComply stated that bwin.party selected its innovations due to their ‘ability to deliver on the high standards of compliance required by regulators in the United States’.
“We are thrilled to have won this tender and to now be working with bwin.party in such an exciting new market,” said Anna Sainsbury, Chief Executive Officer for GeoComply USA.
“As a specialist company focused on the iGaming space, we are very much looking forward to assisting bwin.party in delivering to the gold standard of iGaming compliance in geolocation technologies.”
In addition to holding a Nevada license, GeoComply declared that it has submitted an application with the state of New Jersey in order to take advantage of that state’s new regulated online gaming market, which is expected to go live in November.
