Online casino and bingo operator Gamesys has agreed a deal with television production company Fremantle Media UK to develop and promote an exclusive bingo game, a series of slot titles and instant-win games based on UK television dating programme Take Me Out.
The first product developed under the partnership is a Take Me Out bingo game, which is due to be released at the end of January on JackpotJoy.com, the UK online gambling service of capital conglomerate Virgin Group.
Paddy McGuinness, who presents the television programme, will also provide bespoke audio and visual content for new games that will be developed by Gamesys.
“Shows like Take Me Out have broad national appeal and players can easily identify with both the format and the brand,” Fremantle Media UK’s head of gaming, Simon Murphy, said.
Lee Fenton, chief operating officer at Gamesys, added, “This is a great opportunity for us to take a much loved UK TV brand and together with Fremantle Media, develop a suite of games that will stay true to the programme’s format as well creating exceptional game experiences for our customers.”
Distributed by Fremantle Media UK, Take Me Out is broadcast in a primetime Saturday evening slot by UK commercial broadcaster ITV.
