Online bingo operator GameVillage Limited has announced that it has been acquired by Angel Crest Holding and will soon institute a new look for its GameVillage.com domain.
Established by industry veterans Avaneesh Shivananda and Ravi Raghav, Malta-based GameVillage stated that it is ‘excited’ by plans to rejuvenate GameVillage.com with future expectations ‘quite high’.
“We feel that GameVillage.com offers a very original player experience and the ultimate community solution,” said Shivananda.
“The software is original and gives us a competitive advantage in a growing sector.”
GameVillage declared that its online bingo site, which is powered by the firm’s own proprietary software and operates on a stand-alone network, comes complete with ‘many unique features’ that set it apart from the crowd with ‘being different’ by making upgrades and offering real value to players ‘the only way up’.
“We feel GameVillage.com is the perfect brand for our expansion in the UK and for the new opportunities that come along with this acquisition,” said Raghav.
