Gaming content developer Spin Games has confirmed that through a license agreement with Gaming, the Spin Games HTML5 Robust Online Client (ROC) has become the first online technology to be submitted to the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.

KGM Gaming submitted the ROC last Friday in accordance with new regulations.

ROC is a HTML5 remote gaming server that delivers content on mobile devices in addition to desktop applications. The content submitted includes video poker, ball games and table games.

Kent Young, founder and president of Spin Games, said, “Licensing our content and technology to KGM Gaming has proven to be a winner for both companies and will ultimately provide operators with a compelling range of US developed products.”

Spin Games signed a letter of intent with KGM Gaming earlier this year to mark a deal that confirmed it would provide the American distributor with a range of interactive content such as bingo, slot, poker and table games.
