Smarkets, a betting exchange operator has obtained a betting licence from the Swedish Gambling Authority.
The licence will allow Smarkets to offer betting exchange services in Sweden via its primary Smarkets.com domain, with the brand expected to launch later this year.
Back in August 2019, Smarkets launched its new proprietary sportsbook, offering offers odds and a social media-inspired interface for betting on sport and politics.
