American lottery technology provider Scientific Games Corporation has further expanded its iLottery games portfolio by securing the rights to offer interactive content and services from Karma Gaming International and Telos International Incorporated.
Scientific Games revealed that the third-party developers have joined existing partners Instant Win Gaming (IWG) Limited and Nektan Limited in collaborating through its Sciplay.Studio, which is a suite of integration services hosted on its Sciplay platform allowing lotteries to securely deploy independently-developed online games.
In addition, Scientific Games stated that it will now offer ‘an exclusive library of licensed iLottery games’ from its MDI Entertainment subsidiary via Sciplay.Studio including the IWG-developed Monopoly and Battleship from Hasbro and Zynga Incorporated’s FarmVille and Words With Friends.
“Scientific Games can now deliver a trusted [and] innovative portfolio of more than 60 iLottery game titles with a wide variety of play styles, themes and genres ready for immediate deployment with many more on the way,” said Jerry Bowskill, Chief Software Architect for Scientific Games.
“The industry’s response to Sciplay.Studio is exceeding our expectations both with content partners seeking access and lotteries that understand the value that the program brings to their players.”
Scientific Games declared that these deals will enable it to ‘further enhance the extensive portfolio of over 40 web and mobile games’ provided by its recent partnership with IWG, which is currently working on iLottery products to launch in the United States later in the year.
