Pursuit Dynamics has completed its reverse takeover of three online social gaming and gambling businesses – Gaming Realms, BeJig and AlchemyBet.
The company has submitted a change of name certificate and will begin trading under its new name of Gaming Realms from today.
Following the passing of resolution in relation to the proposals, the firm’s share capital will consist of 146,333,690 Ordinary Shares of 10p upon admission.
After the Share Consolidation, replacement shares will be sent to shareholders by August 15, and Crest accounts will be credited with New Ordinary Shares from 5pm today.
