PUBG esports is out with the competitive roadmap for 2021 across Europe and it all starts with ESL PUBG Masters Spring in April.
Boasting a $50 thousand prize pool, this tournament pits the best esports teams in the European region against each other. Like before, Europe is split into three different sections for ESL PUBG Masters Spring. Europe West, Europe East, and Middle East & Africa make up the European region for PUBG esports. After competing through different qualifiers, the top 16 teams compete for the prize pool. PUBG Continental Series (PCS4) begins after the 2021 ESL PUBG Masters Spring grand finals take place on April 25.
Qualification matches begin in late April and anybody can participate. But unlike before, the tournament replaces the group stage with regional playoffs. Winners from here play in the PUBG Europe PCS finals in June. This PUBG Continental Series will feature a $500 thousand prize pool.
More major events take place later on in the year too. After the PUBG Europe PCS finals in June, 2021 holds seven more major PUBG esports events. Three of those seven tournaments are entry-level tournaments that let players of all skills partake. It all culminates with the 2021 PUBG Global Championship in November.
The PUBG esports community has a lot to look forward to in 2021. With ESL PUBG Masters, PCS4, PCS5, and more, fans will see lots of competitive action this year. The first piece of action starts on April 25.
