Pollard Banknote Limited, leading lottery partner confirmed voting results of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders held virtually on May 7, 2020. The results was posted on SEDAR on May 8, 2020 in which a total of 22,359,241 common shares representing approximately 87.22% of Pollard’s outstanding shares, were presented at the meeting.
