Irish bookmaker Paddy Power has revamped its Live Casino offering as part of an effort to improve player experience by offering new bonus functionality and enhanced player management tools.
The Live Casino features a new website, fully branded studio, new in-game bonus triggers and personalised promotional tools for customers.
Amongst the new features on the Live Casino is a fully-branded casino area with five private tables, as well as interactive in-game messaging and proactive customer chat within the client.
In addition, the offering will feature the full suite of Playtech’s IMS tools for a wider range of bonus tools, as well as a new personalised widget that follows a player’s progress against their active promotions and leaderboards.
Paddy Power also said segmented web content and stored preferences help improve the relevancy of content or users, while Native Android and iOS mobile and tablet apps will allow customers to play whilst on the move.
