Casino operator MTR Gaming Group has announced the launched of its INClub online player’s club and free INClub online casino platform.
Customers can access their free personalised website that features a range of new member benefits such as special promotional offers, private messaging, a fully-integrated INClub play-for-free casino, dedicated social media feeds and direct links to casino property websites.
MTR partnered Oracle for the social relationship management platform, which forms part of the INClub social media back-end system, while Aristocrat Technologies provided MTR with the free-to-play casino platform.
In addition, multi-channel marketing company Easypurl provided MTR with the technology to enable webpage creation and personalised URLs.
“This platform is completely integrated with our systems and has the potential to reduce promotional expenses and direct mail costs while achieving greater penetration in the company’s three gaming markets,” MTR’s president and chief operating officer, Joseph Billhimer, said.
“Its exclusivity, design, functionality and complete integration with a variety of exciting features and value propositions will enhance the customer experience and garner more patron loyalty.
“It also positions the company to move quickly against the advent of real-money internet gambling.”
