English Premier League football club Manchester City has renewed a partnership with Irish bookmaker Paddy Power.
Under the deal, Paddy Power will continue to serve as the club’s official betting partner in the UK, Ireland and Italy, enjoying access to first-team players for promotional activities and the use of hospitality services at City’s Etihad Stadium.
The bookmaker has been a partner of the club for the past two seasons – the first of which saw City win the Premier League title – and the new agreement will extend the relationship until the end of the 2014-15 campaign.
“Working with Manchester City and their passionate fan base over the last two seasons has been brilliant and we’re excited about continuing to provide them with unbeatable value, as well some great entertainment throughout the season,” the bookmaker’s spokesman, Paddy Power, said.
City’s chief commercial and operating officer, Tom Glick, added, “We’re pleased to continue to be working with Paddy Power to provide City fans with more excitement as they follow the club they love.”
