Social gaming software platform developer and provider ISIS Lab has agreed a two-year deal with Microgame to deliver its bingo gaming platform and related services to the igaming services provider.
The agreement, which marks ISIS Lab’s entrance into the Italian regulated online gaming market, will cover all current and future operations serviced by Microgame.
The deal remains subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and AAMS.
If approved, ISIS plans to launch the platform during the first quarter of 2014, with both companies expecting it to be live on 125 Italian online gaming websites.
“This agreement will create a large and immediate footprint for ISIS in the Italian market and our partnership with Microgame confirms ISIS as a strong technology provider in the gaming and social media arena,” ISIS Lab’s chairman, president and chief executive officer, Daniel Kajouie, said.
Marco Castaldo, general manager of Microgame, added, “Through our partnership we believe we will offer our Italian customers the best platform available and look forward to significant growth in our Bingo revenues.”
