Esports company Immortals Gaming Club has secured a partnership agreement with Progressive Insurance, making the company the official insurance sponsor of its Immortals-branded LCS team. The companies will collaborate on various fan engagement activities and content creation for a multi-month initiative.
Earlier this month, IGC extended its partnership with the Southern California Toyota Dealers Association, and in December signed BLNQ as its LCS team eyewear partner.
Progressive Insurance previously dipped a toe into esports sponsorship through Super Smash Bros., sponsoring competitions held by Esports Arena. The event held in 2019 promoted the tagline “Can’t Nerf Progressive.”
