ESL has named MTN DEW AMP GAME FUEL as its official global beverage partner for IEM and ESL One events, along with its CS:GO Pro League.
The announcement strengthens the relationship between the PepsiCo brand and ESL, which launched at ESL One Katowice in February this year, with the partnership slated to last two years.
Commenting on the announcement, Senior Vice President of Brand Partnerships at ESL North America, Paul Brewer, said:
“We have a deep-rooted, collaborative relationship with Mountain Dew and adding MTN DEW AMP GAME FUEL, a drink designed for gaming, as our Official Global Beverage Partner is a natural fit. Building on our joint success, product integration and custom content will create new ways for us to engage fans all over the world.”
The drinks brand will also be helping ESL launch a post-match analytical broadcast called ‘MTN DEW AMP GAME FUEL Power Plays’, that will air throughout the regular season of the Pro League and after each CS:GP and Dota 2 semi-final and final.
MTN DEW AMP GAME FUEL will also be powering the next three seasons of Mountain Dew League (MDL), which is now in its ninth season.
Since launching in December 2018, MTN DEW AMP GAME FUEL has partnered with Call of Duty World League (CWL), OpTic Gaming (read more), and Immortals Gaming Club.
