Colorado state has officially legalised sports betting. The state has licensed six internet operators to start taking bets, but only four of them have launched as yet including BetRivers, BetMGM, FanDuel, and DraftKings. The other two providers had encountered technical difficulties that delayed their launch.
The state also released a detailed catalog that lays out the events that are allowed to be gambled on. Notably, the list includes eSports like Overwatch and Call of Duty.
ROAR Digital CEO Adam Greenblatt expressed excitement about the developments saying, “With a limited sports schedule currently, it’s the perfect time for new customers to learn how to use our feature-rich sports wagering product, ahead of the return of U.S. sports,” he said in a press release.”
