Infinity Ward‘s latest updates cover the upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare patch that adds a host of quality of life bug fixes along with some playlist updates.
Infinity Ward has revealed that a Data Pack will be available for download on April 28 onwards for Xbox One and PS4 as part of the upcoming update. Players who own Modern Warfare will need to download the data pack to access Modern Warfare, and it carries around 15GB. Players will have to first download the patch and then select any mode, where they will be brought to an install menu in which they will then need to download “Data Pack 1” from the menu. Once this is downloaded, the game will need to be closed and restarted.
Along with the Data Pack, Modern Warfare will see some playlist updates including Shoot the Ship 24/7 mode and the deathmatch modes Cranked and Grind.
