Online gaming operator bwin.party has agreed a three-year deal, from 2013-14 to 2015-16, to become the official online betting and gaming partner of BC Oostende, Belgium’s most successful basketball team.
As part of the deal, bwin.party will be able to create apps, games and widgets that feature the branding of BC Oostende.
The company will also benefit from a range of in-stadium branding, ticket and match day promotions, as well as access to players for unique customer experiences.
In addition, the operator will also be integrated into the club’s online and social media channels.
“This agreement reinforces bwin.party’s position as the premium sportsbook for Belgian customers enabling us to offer them an unparalleled range of online and real world offers, taking them to the heart of sport,” bwin.party’s Belgium country manager, Marlon Van Der Goes, said.
The BC Oostende deal is the latest sports sponsorship deal bwin.party has agreed, having also finalised similar partnerships with the likes of European football giants Real Madrid, Manchester United and Juventus.
