FortuneZ has learned that Bryan Seegers, ADS Securities’ Director and Co-Head of Global eFX Coverage, is parting ways with the Abu Dhabi-based brokerage. He was only promoted to this position in December 2016.
Seegers was formerly responsible for ADS’s global electronic FX offering with servers in NY4, LD4 and TY3, a role which he held from June 2013 – October 2016. This was preceded by a year-long stint as a Senior FX Dealer, where he was responsible for reorganising global risk books and pricing to maximise desk revenue while enhancing client experience.
The brokerage has issued this official comment: “Bryan Seegers, Director & Co-Head, Global eFX Coverage, will be leaving ADS Securities on April 6th, 2017 and returning to the US with his family. In his nearly five years with ADS, Bryan has made a substantial contribution to the company—initially driving the firm’s global electronic FX offering before assuming his current responsibilities of leading relationship management, client services, sales trading and liquidity management globally. ADS wishes Bryan and his young family the best and success in his future endeavours.”
Seegers commented: “I would like to thank ADS and specifically Nael and Philippe for a great 5 years. In that time I have watched ADS grow into a dominant player in the brokerage space. I wish them continued success in the years to come.”
