BetStars Secures Extension With Amelco

BetStars, the sports betting brand owned and operated by The Stars Group, has renewed its partnership with Amelco.

Under the deal, sports betting and market trading specialist Amelco will retain its role as the lead platform technology provider for BetStars.

Amelco has been working with BetStars since the brand launched back in 2015.

Damian Walton founder and owner of Amelco, said: “Amelco is delighted to extend the agreement with BetStars and we look forward to working closely with the brand to service its sportsbook portfolio and continue a partnership that will allow both parties to maximise their full potential.”

The renewal comes after Amelco earlier this year moved to rebrand its managed sportsbook solutions division as ‘Amelco Sport’ and ‘Amelco Games’.

At the time, Amelco said the new branding is “in recognition of the new divisions separate function” within the company, with each division offering services complementary to its software solutions.
