WorldPay, a global provider of payment and risk services, has struck a deal with UK-based real-money gaming platform Betable.
Under the deal, Betable will integrate WorldPay’s payment processing, fraud detection and risk services into the RMG development platform and player-facing Betable Wallet.
“Betable is the only platform that provides game developers with the unprecedented opportunity to offer real-money play within their own games,” WorldPay chief commercial officer Shane Happach said.
“Powering Betable’s services with WorldPay’s payment process functionality assures developers that when their users opt to play their games for real-money their transaction success will be maximised.”
Betable’s chief revenue officer, Ryan Linton, added, “The value of having WorldPay’s services integrated into our platform and player-facing Betable Wallet is enormous.
“Our partners can rest assured that we are giving them the tools they need to deliver the best possible real-money gaming experience to their players.”
Betable enables developers to legally offer real-money play in their own games.
