Bet365 Expands Manchester Presence

Boultbee Brooks’ Core in Manchester is fully let with Bet365 taking the remaining three floors on a five-year lease.

The fully refurbished Grade A office building on 30 Brown Street in Manchester is now fully let with CBRE securing Totaljobs on a whole floor back in 2019.

The leading online sports betting company, represented by Knight Frank, has taken the remaining 25,000 sq ft on a 5 year lease at CORE. The building underwent a full refurbishment in 2018 to offer almost 50,000 sq ft of Grade A office space across five floors.
