Boultbee Brooks’ Core in Manchester is fully let with Bet365 taking the remaining three floors on a five-year lease.
The fully refurbished Grade A office building on 30 Brown Street in Manchester is now fully let with CBRE securing Totaljobs on a whole floor back in 2019.
The leading online sports betting company, represented by Knight Frank, has taken the remaining 25,000 sq ft on a 5 year lease at CORE. The building underwent a full refurbishment in 2018 to offer almost 50,000 sq ft of Grade A office space across five floors. CORE is designed to help forward thinking businesses seeking adaptable and creative space which promotes open collaboration and teamwork.
CORE’s new layout actively encourages modern working. Having Work.Life on the ground floor, occupiers are never far away from a breakout area, meeting room or communal workspace, offering a number of flexible, productive solutions. In addition, the ground floor of the property offers an eclectic mix of food and drink options to support a casual working environment.
The building is located in the heart of Manchester’s financial and professional quarter with the vibrant Spinningfields, the Northern Quarter, Chinatown and Deansgate being a short walk away. Piccadilly, Salford Central and several Metrolink stations are also close by.
James Whitcher, Asset Management Director, Boultbee Brooks Real Estate, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Bet365 to the final three floors at Core. Securing Bet365 against stiff competition is testament to the quality of the Core development and the whole project team who worked tirelessly to deliver an impressive transformation of a previously unloved building.”
Jonathan Cook, Associate Director at CBRE Manchester, said, “We’re delighted to secure such a high profile company for the remaining space at CORE. Following its comprehensive refurbishment, CORE has become one of Manchester’s most popular and sought after office buildings, appealing to tenants seeking a mix of modern office suites and collaborative work spaces.
“CORE benefits from future proofed connectivity and is ideally positioned for occupiers to enjoy the mix of retail, dining and culture the city has to offer.”
