Bet 9ja Set For Nigerian Launch Event

Nigerian sports betting company Bet 9ja is to be formally unveiled to the public on September 5 in Lagos, the capital of the country.

The Punchng.com website reported that Ayo Ojuroye, the company’s chief executive officer, said despite the company having been in business for more than six months, the launch event would help to answers any questions the public may have about the service.

He added: “We are positioned as the premier sports betting company in Nigeria by bringing together people of vast experience in odd betting spanning decades.

“Our services will be provided through our retail shops, third party agents, online portal www.bet9ja.com and smart phone applications. We follow sports all round the globe, and we are the only company that provides odd betting on the Nigerian league.”

Ojuroye also said Bet 9ja already has a number of outlets across the country, which will provide sports and leisure facilities to customers. In addition, he confirmed the company’s operational base will also be extended to other major Nigerian cities.

Bet 9ja recently agreed a sponsorship deal with Nigerian National League football club Remo Stars. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it was confirmed that the Bet 9ja logo would appear on player’s shirts.
