Austria’s WINWIN Selects ComTrade For G2S Protocol

Gaming industry software supplier ComTrade Gaming has announced that gaming operator WINWIN will integrate the ComTrade Gaming sCore G2S protocol engine into its machines across Austria.

The G2S protocol supports features such as event collections, game play control, game download and remote configuration.

ComTrade Gaming sCore platforms operate by connecting terminals from all leading suppliers to a central server where terminals can be monitored and configured in real time.

Under recently-introduced Austrian law, all electronic gaming machines and video lottery terminals in Austria have to be connected to the central control system provided by Bundesrechenzentrum, the market-leading partner of the federal administration in Austria.

WINWIN currently has 13 outlets and 833 terminals in Austria.

“This type of partnership only cements how wide ComTrade’s  product offering is and how it can help gaming operators, both land-based and online, further their security reach whilst still offering the end user a sleek and secure experience,” ComTrade Gaming general manager Ales Gornjechas said.
