Australia’s ACMA to block more illegal offshore gambling websites. The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is expected to request the blocking of more illicit offshore gambling websites by Australian Internet service providers (ISPs).
The blocked sites are Planet 7 Oz, Ace Pokies, Nordicasino, Reeltastic, Spintropolis, Enzo Casino, Times Square Casino and Royal Spinz, respectively.
The ACMA undertook investigations that found them to be operating in breach of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 following numerous complaints about these services, including complaints about withholding winnings and poor player treatment.
