Apex Legends Global Series has named Lenovo Legion as its official exclusive PC and monitor partner through March 2021.

Players at all upcoming Apex Legends Global Series Majors will use Lenovo Legion desktops, with the company supplying over 200 gaming machines and monitors, along with a number of laptops for caster desks.

The first major of the 2020 Apex Legends Global Series season, which will feature over $3m in prize money, is set to take place from 13-15th March in Arlington, Texas, while online qualifying starts later this month.

Illustrating the popularity of the title, Sr. Director & Commissioner, Apex Legends Competitive Gaming at EA, John Nelson, told The Esports Observer that it has now eclipsed 70m players.

Apparently the deal will also cover product and logo placements throughout esports arenas, as well as onsite activations and additional content collaborations. One interesting possibility is the potential for integrating Apex Legends content into Lenovo hardware.
