Technology solutions provider BetTech Gaming has agreed a partnership deal with Uganda-based land and online operator 256Bet.
Under the deal, the South African technology firm will provide its flagship BetTech Sports product to 256Bet for the upgrade and re-launch of its website, as well as a new mobile betting offering.
The updated 256Bet.com website will feature a range of fixed odds opportunities across a variety of in-play markets. 256Bet will also become the first BetTech customer to launch the Betradar-integrated Virtual Football League, which offers a close-to-reality fixed odds betting experience.
In addition, BetTech has also implemented localised payment gateways and structures for the country via integrations with electronic wallet service MTN Mobile Money and e-money conversion company Warid Pesa.
Innocent Bamurike Davis, owner of 256Bet, said BetTech offers an “unbeatable knowledge” of the African market.
He added, “This has enabled us to introduce a bespoke product that has taken our online operation to the next level.”
Mark Bosman, international chief executive officer of BetTech Gaming, added, “Our customisable, cost-effective solution enables exciting wagering opportunities to be placed around the clock on the best local, international and now even virtual action.”
