DreamHack And Doritos Renew Partnership

DreamHack, a subsidiary of Modern Times Group (MTG), confirmed that PepsiCo brand Doritos returns as a sponsor for both the DreamHack Summer and DreamHack Winter in 2020. Financial details were not disclosed.

According to the announcement, Doritos will have a prominent and large presence inside the fan expo which will allow patrons to sample new products. Additionally, a new competition in partnership with Doritos, which will take place at the summer event, is set to be announced soon.

DreamHack is a digital festival that organizes essports tournaments and other gaming activities providing a space for thousands. The festival organizer offers a Bring Your Own Computer (BYOC) LAN competition area as well as facilitating vendor booths and areas for patrons to purchase items ranging from computer hardware to collector’s items.

In 2019, Doritos was a sponsor of the League of Legends Pro League (LPL), but did not renew the deal in 2020.
