According to data by TradingView, on Tuesday (March 16), around 06:30 UTC, on crypto exchange Bitstamp, the XRP price reached its intraday high of $0.5200, which is the highest it has been since February 23.
Currently (as of 07:52 UTC on March 16), per data by CryptoCompare, XRP-USD is trading around $0.4844, which means that the XRP price is up 11.48% in the past 24-hour period and up 120.68% in 2021.
Yesterday (March 15), Modern Consensus published its “100 Most Influential People in Crypto” list for 2021, and interestingly two people from Ripple appeared on this list: CEO Brad Garlinghouse (#5) and CTO David Schwartz (#41).
Also, on the same day, PaymentsSource published its “The Most Influential Women in Payments” list for 2021, and Ripple’s VP of Engineering for RippleNet Vidya Mani was on this list.
