Apple Terminates Epic Games Developer Account

Apple terminates Epic Games developer account. Apple had warned that the developer account page on its Epic Games Store could be terminated. Currently the studio is engaged in action which challenges the app-revenue paradigm of the Cupertino giant.

Now this threat has come to fruition, which means that access to all Epic’s iOS or iPadOS applications has been removed. This means that the studio’s apps are now no longer accessible on its mobile devices. The same apps still work on iPhones or iPads provided they had been downloaded prior to the termination, although they reportedly can no longer be updated.

Players can also no longer access in-app paid content within Epic’s products. This is particularly bad news for fans of Fortnite, as its latest season now includes content based on the Marvel universe.
