Professional resourcing business Experis has acquired a controlling stake in iGaming recruitment specialist firm Triple Seven Resources.
Experis said that it plans to enhance Triple Seven’s “specialist offering,” with the recruitment company having reported “rapid growth” over the past 12 months.
Following the deal, Triple Seven will continue to trade as a separate entity and there will be no changes to the structure or organisation of the firm.
“We see real opportunity with the business and believe this is going to be a great relationship for both companies as we seek to expand and build on the already strong foundations that have been built,” Experis UK’s managing director, Geoff Smith, said.
“For Experis we are gaining the expertise and insight of a niche player in a key sector and this fits into our longer term strategy for identifying specialist organisations that can strengthen our existing offer.”
Michael Cleavely and David Hood, co-founders of Triple Seven Resources, added, “Triple Seven has developed rapidly since its inception in 2007 and this investment and access to first-class infrastructure will allow us to leverage Triple Seven’s sector expertise and Experis’ global footprint.
“We are the first specialist iGaming recruitment company in the world with such powerful international reach and resource and are looking forward to servicing our clients with our improved capability.”
