Online gambling operator 888 Holdings has announced it is to utilise Optimove’s retention automation software in its consumer-facing bingo operations.
Powered by unique customer modelling technology, the web-based Optimove software allows marketers and retention experts to drive one-to-one marketing campaigns.
The operator already uses Optimove in its Dragonfish business-to-business division as part of a strategy to increase player retention and engagement.
