20 new iGaming domains blacklisted by Romanian regulator. Romania’s gambling regulator, National Gambling Office (ONJN) has included 20 new igaming websites into its black list. Some popular websites in the list include Megapari.com, Fivecasino.net, 22-bet.net and 488365.com, which leads to Bet365.
By adding a website to the blacklist of the ONJN, Romanian Internet service providers are expected to block the websites within 15 days of obtaining notification from the regulator. In Romania 1,184 ISPs are participating. They will likely receive the notification within 48 hours of the blacklist being published.
Once the barring of domains is in effect, the visitors to the website will receive the following message: “Your access to this site has been restricted by the National Gambling Office.”
