CEO and Co-Founder of Branded, Jasper Donat shares on how the company adapts to the new norm. In a recent interview with COO of FortuneZ, Francine Jansen, Branded CEO Jasper Donat revealed how the company he co-founded is adjusting to life in the new norm.
The pandemic has made a significant impact on individuals and businesses, with both finding themselves having to make adjustments in how their operations would typically run. Branded is no stranger to this. When asked to share what he does on a daily, Jasper expressed “normally we’re looking well into the future of what we can create, what does the future look like for events. At the moment, we can’t do anything physically. It’s not the same, its very exciting that we can create much more content and much more exciting content but it’s not the same as being there.”
The firm have also found themselves having to juggle more due to the schedules and different time zones, which Jasper notes “right now we’re producing a massive juggling act.”
Speaking on how the pandemic has affected the participation outcome of the All That Matters Online 2020 event, Donat explains that “we’ve managed to bring in people who would never normally fly to Singapore. There is no way we’d be able to have Cookie Monster on stage, but the fact is, that we’re doing a live link up with the Cookie Monster. So the speaker program is just so much more diverse.”
“We can meet lots and lots of people we wouldn’t normally meet, online. Because of the virtual element, we’ve got people who wouldn’t join, joining us.” he adds.
